Personnel Policies & Procedures Manual



The Personnel Policies & Procedures govern the details of County employment.  These regulations apply to every employee of Harris County and employees of the Harris County Flood Control District, unless expressly stated otherwise.


Each employee is required to sign and return the acknowledgement form (included in the presonnel regulations document) and return it to your departmental HR representative.
